St lumine river image

At first, you can hear the murmur of waters and feel the fresh welcome  up the hill. Then, a little and steepy path plunges into the undergrowth, criss-crossed by broom bushes upon the hill along the river. Rather calm and quiet, lively streamed in on spring, the river uncovers some rocks in the middle. Further away, the view changes : last chance of catching a glimpse of a heron taking flight before leaving the river and joining up with the vineyard paths

  • Length : 6 km
  • Duration : 1.30 hour.
  • Departure : "La Fourere" hamlet.
  • Way markers : yellow ; yellow and red on the long distance hiking trail ( GR de Pays.)common part. Milestones on the ground.
  • Authorized activities : walking.
  • Passable  all year round possible moist Maine river banks after rain fall .
